2, Can't be sure which cart is the best for my pet. What can I do?
To see the size table on the product pages or here(at the Dome 2 Series section), you will be able to choose the best size for your baby.
However, if you can't be sure much by seeing the size table, we can give you the advice so please contact us with your baby's size and weight.
3, Which country's brand is AIRBUGGY?
Our Brand is from Japan.

1, What do we need for upgrading the size of Cots? Is the frame fits for every size of Cots?
Yes. The frame is all same so fits for all size of the Cots. All you need to prepare is just Adaptors.
There is 3-in-1 Adaptor for S Plus Size and SM/M Adaptor for SM Size and M Size.
Please refer to the size table following to attach the Cots you'd like to upgrade:

1, Do we need any maintenance?
The best way to maintain the light-as-air driving performance, please inflate the tire at least a month. It will prevents you braking tire parts or any accident, and keep your baby feel best comfort.

2, Is there any area you can't ship out?
We can't ship out to Alaska, Hawaii and other countries not in the shipping estimation table.
However, there is our online store for Europe: https://eu.airbuggy.pet/ and we can ship out to the countries in Europe if you purchase at the website.

We will provide you the tracking number once we get at the Status page so please have a check there.
