General Shipping FAQ
If your shipping address is Alaska or Hawaii, we currently do not offer shipping from our online store. If you are looking to buy or send a gift to an address in Hawaii, please reach out to the store located in Waikiki. Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship to Canadian addresses. If you live in Canada, the only option we have for you right now is to ship to a US address.
We currently do not offer expedited shipping. We do not ship to APO addresses as we use FedEx services.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct on your order, and please always include a unit number if you live in an apartment, regardless of whether it is a gated community or has a doorman. FedEx is not responsible for misdeliveries if the shipping address is incorrect or if there is no unit number specified for an apartment address.
All deliveries will require a signature, therefore, once a signature has been made, all responsibilities of delivery will be out of our hands. For those who live in gated communities, luxury condos and/or please check with your doorman about receiving your shipment.
To return an item, the item must be in brand new, unused, and unwashed condition and your dog, cat or any other pet cannot have had any contact with the item whatsoever. Unfortunately, any items that are returned in less than brand new and unused condition, with any traces of wear, dog (or cat) hair or smell will not be accepted for return. The cost of outbound shipping (what it costs us to ship the item to you) and any manufacturer restocking fees will be deducted from your total refund amount.
